One of my favorite snacks of the moment involves apricots and almonds. Almond-stuffed apricots, to be precise.
Just take an apricot, bite off one end… and then take two nuts and shove them inside.

OK GOOD, I’m glad I found this post! I remember reading this a while back and then today while shopping at a mall, I saw THIS selling at one of those center isle kiosks:

I took a picture to show you (I’m 100% sorry if this is coming out creepy considering I don’t really know you).
Were you aware that they sold this? I know these are dates and not apricots, but they had other fruit / nut combinations as well. The saleswoman let me try a sample and it was actually really good.
